Lidl Czech Republic is going through big changes. In 2015 the German supermarket chain began demolishing every one of its 230+ Czech stores and building them again in the same place, only this time brighter, more modern, spacious and completely inspired by the needs of its customers and employees.To communicate the changes ahead, Lidl wanted a digital initiative that would both show employees how the changes will benefit them and also make them feel part of the company's future, by gamefying the workplace and galvanizing team spirit with a little friendly competition.
